At Market Lane Coffee, we want you to love every cup you brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for our coffee beans, equipment, and merchandise.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Send an email to our support team within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure that coffee equipment or merchandise is in its original, unopened packaging; please note that roasted coffee can only be returned if there is a quality defect.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location to be sent back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
